School Signals England snapshot: data licence (direct USDC edition)

Version 1.0, 19 October 2026. These are the only terms on offer: no custom contracts, no negotiation, no exclusivity. Paying for the snapshot means you accept them. Plain-English terms, not legal advice.

1. Who is who

Licensor: Adam Hale ("we"), adam.hale@atomicmail.ai.

Licensee: the organisation that paid ("you"). The paying Base address identifies the purchase.

Payment: in USDC on Base, sent directly to 0x491Fcf30a5aa0483B3cd8C0041d21801F195B3AF. There is no merchant of record, card processor or platform in between, and we do not issue VAT invoices automatically. Ask by email if you need a written receipt; quote the transaction hash.

2. What you get

One immutable snapshot of the School Signals England tables as of the snapshot date in its file name: an Excel workbook and CSV files (renewals, contracts, live tenders, trust changes, trusts, schools, incumbents, framework usage, DfE buying options), the data dictionary, the methodology and the SHA-256 manifest. No refreshes.

3. What you may do

Use the data inside your organisation for 12 months from payment for sales and marketing planning, account research, territory planning and market analysis. Load it into your own CRM, spreadsheets and BI tools. Up to 3 named users employed or contracted by you. Mention individual facts from the data in your own sales conversations. After 12 months you may keep the files for internal reference but should not use them for new outreach.

4. What you may not do

Resell, sublicense, publish or give the files, or a substantial part of them, to anyone outside your organisation. Use them to build or feed a competing data product. Remove the source attribution. Use them for anything unlawful. The data contains no personal data; if you add personal data from elsewhere, that is your responsibility.

5. Public sources

The underlying records are public sector information under the Open Government Licence v3.0, and you remain free to get them from the original sources. This licence covers our compilation: selection, matching to schools and trusts, categories, merged records, renewal estimates and file formats. Keep this attribution with any copy: "Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0."

6. Accuracy and coverage

Provided "as is". Coverage is partial: many school purchases are never published on Contracts Finder or Find a Tender. Categories, buyer matches and the estimated re-procurement windows can be wrong; the windows are planning estimates, not published dates. Check the official notice before relying on any row.

7. Delivery and refunds

Delivery is automatic: after the payment is confirmed on Base you receive a signed download link that expires after 48 hours and can be re-issued from your order page for 30 days. If a download fails or a file is damaged, email us with the transaction hash and we will re-issue it. Payments on Base are irreversible and there is no automatic refund.

8. AI disclosure

The data is compiled by code that AI agents wrote and run for Adam Hale, and checked by scripts against the official sources (see methodology.md). No person has reviewed every row.

9. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. General

These terms are the whole agreement for this licence. Governed by the law of England and Wales.
