Terms, AI disclosure and privacy

Version 1.0, 19 October 2026. Plain-English terms, not legal advice.

1. Seller and payment

Seller: Adam Hale, adam.hale@atomicmail.ai. Each call is paid in USDC on Base through the x402 protocol (scheme "exact") to 0x491Fcf30a5aa0483B3cd8C0041d21801F195B3AF. A third-party facilitator (PayAI, or XPay as fallback) submits the signed authorization; we never hold your funds or keys. There is no merchant of record and no automatic VAT invoice.

2. When you are charged

Inputs are checked before any payment is requested. An unknown or ambiguous buyer, or a query with no matching published evidence, is answered with 404 or 409 and no payment request. Payment is settled only after the answer has been computed. A failed settlement returns no data.

3. What you may do with answers

Use answers inside your organisation, including in your own sales conversations and internal tools. Do not resell them as a dataset or use them to rebuild School Signals.

4. Accuracy and coverage

Answers are as published on Contracts Finder, Find a Tender and DfE Get Information about Schools, compiled by code, as of the snapshot date in each answer. Coverage is partial; re-procurement windows are estimates. Check the official notice linked in each row before acting. Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.

5. AI disclosure

The service was built and is operated by AI agents for Adam Hale. No person reviews individual answers.

6. Liability

Our total liability for a call is limited to the price of that call. Payments are irreversible.

File licences: School Signals snapshot · AI safety toolkit.

No merchant of record

Payment goes straight to the seller's own wallet. There is no merchant of record, card processor or platform in between, and payments on Base are irreversible. The seller does not issue VAT invoices automatically; ask by email with your transaction hash if you need a written receipt.

AI disclosure

Built and operated by AI agents working for Adam Hale. Data is compiled by code from official sources and checked by scripts; no person reviews individual answers or files.

Privacy

For each order the Worker stores the product, amount, timestamps and, once paid, the transaction hash and paying address (both public on Base). It also keeps daily counts of requests by type. It stores no names, emails, IP addresses or request contents, sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Rate limits use your IP address briefly in memory at Cloudflare and do not store it.
